Q:What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Visa,Mastercard,Discover,American Express and Pay Pal

Q: Where do I go to on the website to enter a promo code?

A: In order to enter a promo code you must go to your shopping bag,underneath your items you will see a drop down box that says.  Apply Discount Code (be sure to use all CAPS,when entering code)

Q:Why when entering my credit card information,it declined saying mismatch of address.

A:For your security,Shopggstrut.com is secured by  ensuring when customers use a credit card they have the zip code that is associated with the account.  Make sure the address that is on file with shopggstrut.com in check-out matches zip code that’s on your credit card.  Be sure if you receive this message,that you call your bank and verify your address as long as you have the funds available and keep trying to process payment.  Your bank will hold the funds,and depending on your bank the funds can be held up to 10 days

Q:If I returned an item,exactly how long will it take for the funds to be returned to my debit/credit card?

A:Once we have received your return and if items comply with return policy you will receive funds within 7 days.

Q:Is there FREE Shipping?

A: Yes on any orders $150 or more

Q: Can you ship out of the United States?

A: Yes but shipping cost have to be generated from our Customer Service office.  Please call into our office and speak with staff member in the shipping department.  They will assist you with cost of delivery of your order. 1-866-995-7467

Q: If I forgot my password do I have to register and get a new account?

A: No,if you know the password to your email address that you used to set up your account.   Go to the home page of website and the right side you will see a Forgot Password;follow prompts. 

Q:  Can I use more then one promo code to get a double discount?

A: No only one promotional promo code can be used per a transaction

Q: If I selected store pick up for my order,when will my order be available?

A: All store pick up items will be available with-in 24 hrs of placing order.  You may pick up your order at showroom located 962 Baxter Ave.

Q: Can store pick-up items be picked up same day of placing order?

A: Yes,you MUST call into showroom and check for availability for a member of customer service.  Once you confirmed item is available you pay pick up your item within 1 hr of speaking to showroom staff

Q: When I place a order online does Shopggstrut.com store my credit card information and what staff members of see my credit card information?

A: No,for your protection we don’t store your credit card information.  No staff member of Shopggstrut.com see’s your credit card information,only information that we can verify is the last four digits and that’s for return and your protection.
