Delivery Information
The fulfillment process of gg Strut, Inc. (shopggstrut.com) is to process and ship out all orders within 24 hours. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All shipment must be signed for upon delivery.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping cost will be calculated during the checkout process. Please note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. You will be charges shipping cost unless gg Strut, Inc. (shopggstrut.com) is running a free shipping special.
Picking Up in Store
In store pick up is available in 24 hours from the time your order is placed. If you wish to pick up your item(s) same day or within the 24 hours you must call for availability. From the 24 hour point, you must be picked up within 14 days, if your order is not picked up within the 14 day time frame there will be a 15% restocking Fee and you will receive an on-website credit for the remaining balance. All pick up orders are Final Sale once you have had looked at your order with a staff of shopggstrut.com and agreeded you was satisfy with your product.
